As a global company, international data transfers are integral to facilitating our global reach with our customers. Refinitiv companies, comes within scope of the LSEG Group Intra-Group Agreement to address personal data transfers within our group companies. Refinitiv leverages a range of measures and derogations to address international data transfer requirements with customers, vendors, partners and third parties. These include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We have prepared EU approved international transfer documentation which incorporates both Controller to Controller and Controller to Processor SCCs (Refinitiv SCCs). Further information on the SCCs are available on the European Commission’s website here.
Our customers may subscribe to a range of different products and services with Refinitiv. To address this, our Refinitiv SCC documentation refers to the relevant data flows within our products and services and indicates the applicable SCCs in each case. We will be communicating with our customers, vendors, partners and third parties more generally to provide copies of our documentation in due course.
