Customer SCCs Prior to September 27, 2021 Notification withdrawn Notification cancelled

In June 2021, the European Commission published new SCCs designed to better reflect the requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) that was adopted in 2018 and to address the July 2020 ruling by the Court of Justice of the EU in the Schrems II case. Except for international transfers of personal data to a country or jurisdiction subject to an adequacy decision, the SCCs available on this page apply to all international transfers of personal data subject to GDPR occurring under contracts entered into prior to September 27, 2021 and will cover each such transfer until December 27, 2022 unless the contract covering an international transfer of personal data is updated to include the new SCCs prior to December 27, 2022.
